Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at rescueo.store@hotmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos if applicable. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item arrives safely back to us.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
